Bechem United achieved a vital 1-0 victory against defending champions Bibiani GoldStars in their match-week 18 fixture of the Ghana Premier League, played at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. Augustine Okrah scored the decisive goal in the 15th minute, showcasing Bechem's disciplined game plan and tactical maturity. This win marks Bechem's fourth victory in their last five matches, lifting them to 11th place in the league standings with 22 points. Despite the defeat, GoldStars remain in second place and will face Asante Kotoko in their next match, while Bechem prepares to take on Basake Holy Stars next weekend. The match was notable for Bechem's resilience, especially after losing Emmanuel Sefah to injury, which prompted a tactical reshuffle but did not disrupt their performance.
