D ner en Blanc Accra is set to return for its second edition on December 28, 2026, bringing its signature blend of mystery and elegance back to the capital. Following the success of its debut, the event will maintain its hallmark tradition of keeping the exact venue secret until the day of the picnic, heightening the sense of anticipation for attendees. This year’s theme, ‘Une Soir e Parisienne: La Belle poque,’ invites guests to immerse themselves in a Parisian-inspired aesthetic while celebrating French gastronomy through a gourmet outdoor experience.
The event demands a strict all-white, chic dress code, transforming the undisclosed location into a sea of artistic expression and elegance. Participants are encouraged to engage in the creative spirit of the evening by entering the Best Table Decor Competition, which rewards the most sophisticated and inventive picnic setups. To ensure a seamless culinary experience, guests have the option to bring their own gourmet meals or pre-order curated selections through the event’s dedicated e-store. However, all beverages, including wine and Champagne, must be sourced exclusively through the e-store to adhere to international event regulations.
Beyond the fashion and food, the organizers emphasize the event's role in supporting the local economy and promoting Ghanaian culture. Georgette Amoako, speaking on the significance of the return, highlighted that the gathering aims to empower local vendors and foster community pride. Partnering with The Black Star Experience and the Multimedia Group, D ner en Blanc Accra joins a global network of over 120 cities that host this international phenomenon, celebrating the intersection of high fashion, culinary arts, and sophisticated community engagement.
