Nana Kwaku Agyemang wins NASCO Coach of the Month for September

Nana Kwaku Agyemang, the head coach of FC Samartex, has been named the NASCO Coach of the Month for September in the Ghana Premier League. The award recognizes Agyemang’s tactical leadership in guiding the Samreboi-based club through a successful opening month of the 2024/2025 season.

Under Agyemang’s guidance, FC Samartex maintained an unbeaten record throughout September, playing four matches and securing two wins and two draws. A highlight of this period was a significant away victory against Aduana FC, a result that underscored the team's growing confidence on the road. Statistically, the team showed a balanced performance, netting six goals and conceding only three during their four-game run.

As part of the recognition for his achievement, the FC Samartex tactician will receive a 43-inch NASCO television set and a NASCO chest freezer. These awards are sponsored by Electroland Ghana Limited, the official partner for the Ghana Premier League's monthly individual honors. The presentation of such electronic appliances has become a tradition in the league to celebrate outstanding coaching and player performances.

Agyemang’s success in September sets a positive tone for the "Timber Giants" as they aim to remain competitive in the upper echelons of the league table. This recognition not only validates the coach's strategic approach but also highlights the collective effort of the FC Samartex squad in maintaining their defensive discipline and clinical finishing during the early stages of the campaign.
