Dynamic Perscoba 96 Commemorates 30th Anniversary with Landmark Sporting Event and Legacy Projects

On July 3, 2026, the 1996 year group of St. Peter’s Old Boys Association, popularly known as Dynamic Perscoba 96, officially launched its 30th-anniversary celebrations. Held at the Mary Mother of Good Counsel School Grounds, the event was themed "30 Years On: Celebrating Brotherhood, Legacy and Excellence." The launch set the stage for a year-long series of activities aimed at strengthening the bond among alumni while contributing significantly to the development of their alma mater.

The festivities were highlighted by a spirited sporting extravaganza that brought together various year groups in a display of camaraderie and athletic skill. The centerpiece of the day was a competitive football match between Dynamic Perscoba 96 and the 1998 year group. After a thrilling 2-2 draw in regulation time, the 1998 year group ultimately secured victory via a penalty shootout. Organizers maintained high standards for the event, ensuring professional logistics and the presence of a dedicated first aid station to cater to the participants' safety and well-being.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman Anthony Akuamoah Boateng emphasized the importance of the milestone, noting that the celebration was as much about the future as it was about the past. Global President of the St. Peter’s Old Boys Association, His Lordship Justice David Boafo, also graced the occasion, commending the 1996 group for their initiative and dedication to the school’s heritage. Both leaders highlighted the success of the launch as a testament to the enduring spirit of the "Perscoba" brotherhood and its potential to impact the school community positively.
